Improvement of Human Behavior Service Oriented Organizations: The Role of High-Performance Human Resources Practices and Social Organizational Climate In the Scope of Medical Record

Abstract

In an unpredictable service environment, service-oriented behavior of human resources is considered as an important factor that improves not only service quality but also customer satisfaction. High-performance human resource practices can support human resource behavior. Likewise, the social climate of the organization determines the behavior of human resources. This study aims to determine whether performance and organizational climate can affect the behavior of human resources. Sampling using the stratified random sampling method and analyzed using the regression method with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between high performance and organizational climate on organizational behavior, this is shown in the t test with a sig value. for performance variables and organizational social climate is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that high performance and organizational social climate have an influence on organizational behavior of 51.1%.
