Abstract

The current study aims to study genetic variations in the receptor of ACE2 Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 2 of people whom infected with the Corona virus.Three SNPs of the ACE2 receptor were studied from 14 people whom were infected with the Corona virus. It was found that genetic variations that occurred in this receptor and mutations, which are the result of replacing the rules. The results also showed that the nucleotide sequences in the ACE2 receptor revealed a mutation in SNP1 that converts a base from cytosine C to T-thymine at site 219, as well as a mutation in SNP2, which is the transformation of a base G-guanine to T-thymine at site 201, while in SNP 3 it showed a shift Base from cytosine C to thymine T at position 219. The current study also found that there is a relationship between injury, gender, age and chronic diseases
