Abstract

Background Aerobic exercise can be used as a preventive, or therapeutic approach to control dysmenorrhea and other menstrual disorders. In fact, it can be said that performing regular aerobic exercise through mental and physical relaxation and improving blood flow can improve menstrual symptoms Methods Quasi experimental approach with RCT design was used for the study simple random techniques was used for selection of 80 number of nursing students from a private nursing college in Bhubaneswar Odisha India. out of 80 students 40 were administered aerobic exercise. Effect of exercise on dysmenorrheal was evaluated and compared against 40 samples of control group Result It Was Found That the Mean Pre Aerobic Exercise Or 1 St Week Of Menstruation Score Was 32.5 ± 1.68 And 28.9 ± 4.8 In Theexperimental And Control Group. After Aerobic Exercise At 4 Weeks Mean Score In The Experimental And Control Group Was 24.3 ± 1.60 And 30.3 ± 3.8 Results- The Study Shows That Aerobic Exercise Has Significant Impact On Dysmenorrheal Discussion Presents Study States That Aerobic Exercise Was Effective In Reduction Of Dysmennorhea Pain There Was Significant Difference In Association Between Pre Test Dysmennorhea Pain And Post Test Dysmenorrheal Pain Conclusion Aerobic exercise is one of the safe, cheapest, comfortable and effective measure to enhance for reduction of dysmennorhea pain Aerobic exercise is found effective in reduction of dysmennorhea among adolsent girl age 13-19 year
