Effect of Repeated Dose of Ketamine Hydrochloride on Renal Function Tests

The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of repeated dose of ketamine Hcl as a general anesthesia on renal function in rabbits, which evaluating by using biochemical tests. 45 adult local breed male rabbits were employed in this study. The results revealed a significant increase in the level of urea and creatinine during the experimental periods at (P≤0.05).
